Bee Mindful Yoga's mission is to create a safe, non-competitive space for every child to experience joy and "bee" at peace with their unique self.
Bee Mindful Yoga classes are tailored to the unique needs of each age group. With gentle yoga and guided meditation as the foundation, class activities are changed frequently to keep things fresh and fun! Breathing exercises, mindfulness, storytelling, games, music and dance are examples of other activities that are incorporated into each class. When practiced on a regular basis, children become equipped with invaluable tools that help them develop emotionally and physically.
